Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of blijewell.com and the Blijewell wellness companion, including our in-person experiences and their guest flow (together, the “Service”), operated by Blijewell LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You use Blijewell as an individual, for yourself.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. Blijewell is for adults only.

2. What the Service is

Blijewell is a wellness companion that connects your Oura data with everyday context, like the weather, your calendar, and the things you log, and turns it into personalized, plain-language insights. Blijewell also hosts in-person wellness and AI experiences at partner venues.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us promptly at privacy@blijewell.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account, and your account is yours alone: please do not share it.

4. Your health data needs its own yes

Accepting these Terms never grants us access to your health data. We collect your Oura health data only after you give the separate, explicit consent described in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice, and you can withdraw it anytime.

5. Experiences and guest sessions

• These experiences are wellness sessions, and participation in every part of them is voluntary. Sessions may include gentle movement or similar activities: take part only as feels right for your body, and check with your doctor first if you have any concerns.
• Guests can try Blijewell through a QR code at the event. It uses the same consent gate as everything else: nothing is read from your Oura account until you actively agree, and you can simply decline and enjoy the session.
• Guests must be 18 or over, and guest data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.
• The hotel or venue hosting an experience is a separate business. It does not receive your Blijewell data, and it is not responsible for the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal,
• harass, threaten, or harm anyone through the Service,
• interfere with or try to break the Service or its security, or probe or test it for vulnerabilities without our written permission,
• copy, scrape, or resell the Service or its content,
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise try to extract the source code of the Service,
• share your account or use someone else's,
• overload the Service, including automated or excessive requests, or
• upload anything you do not have the right to upload.

7. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content and data you put into the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process it only as needed to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Blijewell LLC and is protected by law. These Terms do not give you any rights to it beyond using the Service as intended. Oura is a trademark of its owner; Blijewell is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Oura.

9. Third-party links and services

The Service may link to or rely on services we do not control, including Oura and Google Calendar. We are not responsible for them, and their own terms and policies apply.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not promise that any insight will be right for you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Blijewell LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100 if you paid nothing.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or to protect the Service.

13. Changes and notice

We may update the Service and these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the effective date above, and for material changes we will give you reasonable notice, such as an email or an in-app note. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

14. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to anyone else without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Blijewell LLC, and they will bind and benefit any successors.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
